Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arc welding equipment control method for reliably ensuring arc generation from a welding wire of every welding robot at the welding starting time point. SOLUTION: At the welding starting position, the contact conduction between a welding wire and a work is confirmed, and when any contact conduction cannot be detected, the contact conduction between the welding wire and the work is confirmed by changing the position. After detecting that an arc generation preparation completion signal generated when the contact conduction is confirmed is transmitted from every welding robot, an arc generation command signal is output to every welding robot, and each welding robot starts the arc generation and the torch movement to start the welding. Thus, after confirming the contact conduction of the wire for every welding robot, arc generation is tried, so that arc is reliably generated for every welding robot at the welding starting time point.
