Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bending apparatus in which a die correctness checking device can be made compact and simplified by using an existing device. SOLUTION: The bending apparatus includes: an image detection means 20E for detecting dies P, D mounted on upper and lower tables 4, 5 as images; a die specifying means 25F for specifying the dies P, D subjected to the detection; a comparison means 20G for comparing the specified dies P, D with the predetermined dies P, D; and an alarm generation means 20H for generating an alarm when the result of comparison shows that the specified dies are not matched with the predetermined dies.
