Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid problems such as air pollution, sanitary environment, concern of ignition and treatment of waste water generated by the use of a solvent coating even when a frame such as a rotation frame constituting an upper rotation body of a hydraulic shovel is coated, and further to form a coating film of a high quality not depending on a plate thickness when the frame is formed by integrally fixing a plurality of steel plates having different plate thickness. SOLUTION: The rotation frame 1 is coated with a powder coating using a polymer resin based powder coating. Also, for baking drying of the coated polymer resin based powder coating, radiation heating by an infrared burner 27 and hot air circulation type heating by gaseous combustion are also used.
