Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent product enhancing its sealing function and absorbency of an absorbent body, without affecting the wearer's comfortableness. SOLUTION: This absorbent product is equipped with: a liquid-impermeable underwear protective layer 1; a liquid-permeable cover layer 2 attached to the underwear protective layer 1; an absorbent body 3 disposed between the underwear protective layer 1 and the cover layer 2; cuffs 7 and 7' extending in the lengthwise direction, provided near both edges of the absorbent body 3; and an elastic member 11 put on the top parts 10 of the cuffs 7 and 7', and each of the leg parts 8 of which forms a concave state facing outside in the middle of the length direction, and a concave state facing inside each in the front and back of the length direction; and a pocket for receiving excretions each in the front part 17 and the back part 18 of those cuffs 7 and 7'.
