MALFUNCTION PREVENTION DEVICE OF WATER LEVEL DETECTOR OF DISHWASHER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for especially designing cleaning control in order to effectively perform minimum cleaning of a float-type water level detector of a dishwasher. SOLUTION: When a power switch is turned on and an operation course is selected (S1), it is determined whether it is a washing course without detergent (S2). When it is a washing course with detergent, a counter is reset and a three-way electromagnetic valve remains in a first position (on a washing tank side). When it is the washing course without detergent, it is determined whether the washing course without detergent is consecutively selected in a specified number of times (S3). When it is not selected in the specified number of times, the three-way valve remains in the first position. When it is selected in the specified number of times, the three-way valve is switched to a second position (a water level detector side), and the counter is reset. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
