PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a token transfer device automatically transferring a token to a token slot of a game machine in a token dispenser disposed adjacent to the game machine, allowing a lift device to upward transfer the token and, when transferring the token from a first guide chute to the token slot part with a rotational second guide chute, capable of stably retaining a token outlet of the second guide chute at a position corresponding to the token slot of the game machine. SOLUTION: A token direction changing part changing the direction of the token from the first guide chute whose base part is connected to the lift device to the second guide chute facing the token slot part of the game machine stores a passage changing member turning a passage in the right/left direction with the right/left turning of the second guide chute in a tubular part at the tip of the first guide chute, and has a locking device locking the turning position of the passage changing member at a prescribed position.
