PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment capable of corresponding to the case that its installation position can directly introduce a cable into a housing, or introduces the cable wired along the surface of a wall into the housing. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment 1 comprises a case 2 with its upper face opened and a back plate 3 for covering the opening of the case 2. The case 2 is formed by a front plate 5 and a surrounding wall 6, and a first cable-insertion port 11 is provided to the wall 6. An opening 13 is provided to the plate 3 corresponding to the port 11, and at a peripheral border of the opening 13, fixing pieces 14, 15 with screw holes 16, 17 formed are provided on one diagonal line. Screw insertion holes 21A or 21D, a first blocking part 22 for selectively blocking the port 11, and a second cable-insertion port 23 are provided to the cap 20 for covering the opening 13.
