Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an execution management training system that can relatively easily improve execution managers' execution management techniques. SOLUTION: The execution management training system comprises an execution management training server 10 that execution managers can access from external terminals 50 via a network 40. The execution management training server 10 has an execution management database 21 storing execution management data 1 on the execution management of various civil engineering/building works, at least including image data 1a representing execution processes of civil engineering/building works, and a training execution means 30 for executing an execution management training program for predetermined civil engineering/building works in response to an input from an execution manager accessing the execution management training server 10, by extracting and providing the execution manager with the execution management data 1 on the execution management of the predetermined civil engineering/building works from the execution management database 21.
