FIXING DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a recording medium such as a recording paper from curling in a fixing device etc., equipped with a belt member which rotates. SOLUTION: In the fixing device, a pressure roll module 62 equipped with a pressure belt 620 is arranged while pressed against a fixing belt module 61 equipped with a fixing belt 610 and a nip part N consisting of a roll nip part N1 and a release pad nip part N2 is formed between the both. The pressure belt 620 is tensed between the pressure roll 621 and a pressure tensing roll 622 and arranged along a path extending downstream, and a path after passing the release pad nip part N2 is bent by a curl correcting roll 65 convexly and reversely to the arc of the pressure roll 621.
