METHOD FOR PRODUCING POLYMER FINE PARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily producing a polymer fine particle which contains a secondary reactive functional group to be modified left on the surface and has a uniform particle diameter without requiring specific large-scale facilities. SOLUTION: The method for producing a polymer fine particle comprises a process for dissolving a crosslinkable monomer in an organic solvent to give a raw material solution, a process for adding a polymerization initiator or a polymerization initiator solution to the raw material solution to give a reaction solution, a process for adding a polymerization initiator or a polymerization initiator solution to the raw material solution and stirring the mixture in an induction period to give a reaction solution and a process for heating the reaction solution in a state in which the reaction solution is allowed to stand and carrying out a polymerization reaction.
