SLUSH MOLDED SKIN MATERIAL, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND URETHANE INTEGRALLY EXPANSION-MOLDED PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethane integrally expansion-molded product of a three-layer structure which prevents the deterioration of a skin material resulting from a volatile organic compound generated in the urethane expanded body from occurring, and at the same time, surely performs a splash preventing remedy for the volatile organic compound, and also, of which the quality is excellent. SOLUTION: For a panel constituting member 1, the urethane expanded body 7 is integrally molded in a space between the skin material 3 made of a resin and a base material 5. In the panel constituting member 1, the skin material 3 is a slush molded skin material for which a grain-form catcher material 13 for catching the volatile organic compound being generated in the urethane expanded body 7 is directly embedded on the rear surface in such a manner that a part may be exposed.
