Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation or collapse of these sinuses during the tanning process of stentless aortic bioprosthesis. SOLUTION: The method is for fixing main aortic bioprosthesis of a collected donor animal including a main aortic segment of a mammal. It includes a process to provide a valve insert, which is provided with a substantially rigid tubular main body, a process of disposing the main aortic bioprosthesis on the insert, a process of supoprting right and left coronary aortic segments from the inside by means of a coronary support in such a way that the coronary support is extended outward to be removably fixed to the main body, a process of exposing the bio-protease to fixing agent as it is disposed on the insert, so that the bio-protease is fixed, and a process of removing the bio-protease from the valve insert.
