ELECTRIC GRILLER FOR KITCHEN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly grill the entire food material with a high thermal efficiency, to prevent adhesion and accumulation of gravy, oil and fat or the like, and to prevent emission of smoke. SOLUTION: Each of heater units (H1), (H2), (H3) and (H4) includes a pair of carbon lamp heaters and a channel groove-type heater housing, a heat-resisting glass plate for covering an opening face along a front and rear direction of the housing, and end covers for closing cut ends at both ends of the housing. The heater units are mounted so that the heat-resisting glass plate inclines upward by approximately 45 degrees, and that the heater units are distributed symmetrically on the right and left with respect to a line (O-O) which divides mounting rack (F) into two equal parts. The heater units are held between a holding frame (W) and a receiving frame (R) of the heater units. The heat-resisting glass plates of a pair of right and left heater units (H2) and (H3) positioned at the center are covered with heating covers. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
