POSITION INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BY CELLULAR PHONE MOUNTED WITH GPS FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position information management system by a cellular phone mounted with a GPS function, by which personal position information can be learned even if intentional transmission cannot be performed from an individual in the case of disaster, etc. SOLUTION: In the position information management system by the cellular phone mounted with the GPS function, the cellular phone mounted with the GPS function and a terminal are connected to an information management server via the Internet, wherein the cellular phone mounted with the GPS function always acquires the positional information of itself, transmits the acquired positional information to the information management server, the information management server has a whereabouts information table which holds the position information of the cellular phone mounted with the GPS function, which is transmitted from the cellular phone mounted with the GPS function and a reference permission information table in which a user ID to which the reference of the content of the whereabouts information table is permitted is registered and a user registered in the reference permission information table is enabled to always refer to whereabouts information in the whereabouts information table using the terminal.
