FUEL CELL POWER GENERATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generation system capable of carrying out steam purge without a back-up power supply at the time of stoppage and power failure and capable of reducing initial cost and running cost. SOLUTION: The fuel cell system is equipped with a water storage device for reforming which stores water in a water supply passage for reforming at the downstream of a water supply pump for reforming that supplies water in the water supply passage for reforming. At the time of stoppage of the fuel cell power generation or at power failure, water stored in the water storage device for reforming is supplied to a reformer and steam is generated, thereby the passage where hydrogen gas is flowing is purged by steam.
