Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flaw detecting and filling degree measuring instrument of concrete during casting having the allowance degree related to the pressing angle of an electrode to a concrete form and enabling even measurement altering a measuring depth. SOLUTION: The flaw detecting and filling degree measuring instrument of concrete during casting is constituted so that a detection part 42A for measuring a deep part, which has a positive electrode 3 of which the pressing surface to the concrete form is formed into a curved surface and the negative electrode 4 provided to the other end surface of a cylindrical insulating body having the positive electrode 3 arranged to one end surface intermediate part thereof to be arranged in opposed relation to the positive electrode 3, and a detection part 42B for measuring a vicinal part, wherein the interval between the positive electrode 3 and the negative electrode 4 is made smaller than the detection part 42A for measuring the deep part, are provided to both ends of a grasping body 41. The electrostatic capacities corresponding to the deep part and vicinal part of concrete during casting are calculated by a deep part measuring circuit and a vicinal part measuring circuit and the filling degrees of the deep part and vicinal part of a measuring target are calculated by an arithmetic circuit while the proprieties of the moisture and filling amount of concrete during casting are judged to be displayed on a display part 46.
