PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide various chemical substances useful for the treatment with VEGF-RTK antagonist. SOLUTION: The organic compound is expressed by structural formula I or II wherein the variable groups are specifically defined. The invention further relates to a pharmaceutical formulation containing the organic compound, its pharmaceutically acceptable salt and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The pharmaceutical formulation is prepared by mixing the organic compound or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt with a carrier and water.
