GUIDE ADHESION MACHINE FOR CONVEYING BELT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide adhesion machine for a conveying belt enabling continuous production while enhancing adhesion speed and adhesion strength when a guide member is adhered to a belt body. SOLUTION: When the guide member 3 is adhered to the flat plate-like belt body 2 to manufacture the conveying belt BL with a guide, the guide adhesion machine 1 for the conveying belt is used, which is provided with a heating means 7 for heating a portion becoming an adhesion surface of the guide member 3 and the belt body 2 to a predetermined temperature to melt it; a metal die roll 5 for superposing the adhesion surface of the guide member 3 and the belt body to each other to convey it; a pressing means 6 having a steel band 60 circumferentially rotated in a belt conveying direction while pressing the guide member abutted on the metal die roll and the belt body in a predetermined winding angle range; and a cooling means for cooling the conveying belt BL with the guide made to an adhesion constitution.
