Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an OA roller which can prevent the staggering of the other end of a core bar 1 engaged with a first cap 5 and smoothly insert the core bar 1 into a mold 21 without hurting the inner peripheral surface of the mold 21. SOLUTION: The other end of the core bar 1 engaged with the first cap 5 is made to wait on the side of one opening part of the mold 21, and a support rod 7 is inserted into the mold 21 from the other opening part of the mold 21. After the end surface of the other end of the core bar 1 is pushed in the mold shaft direction by the tip of the support rod 7, while the end surface of the other end of the core bar 1 is pushed by the tip of the support rod 7, the core bar 1 is inserted into the mold 21 while one end side of the core bar 1 is pushed toward the other end side. After one opening part of the mold 21 is closed by the first cap 5, the support rod 7 is separated from the core bar 1. After that, the central hole of a second cap 9 is engaged with the other end of the core bar 1, and the other opening part of the mold 21 is closed by the second cap 9. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
