Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the taking of a counter measure by specifically determining that no tie-up processing is done according to a specifying processing on the side of a balance managing unit without awaiting the return of a ball dispensing unit to the online position even when the ball dispensing unit 20 and the balance managing unit 50 are in the offline state. SOLUTION: When receiving a recording medium which records the game parlor ID of another game parlor, the ball dispensing unit transmits the serial number recorded in the recording medium, recording medium ID and the game parlor ID to the balance managing unit of the game parlor involved (SA002). The balance managing unit of the game parlor involved transmits the serial number and the recording medium ID received to the balance managing unit of the other game parlor corresponding to the game parlor ID (SA005). The balance managing unit of the other game parlor judges that the serial number received does not coincide with the management serial number (NO at SA006), specifically determines that no tie-up processing is done and carries out the processing for the incoincidence (S260-S279).
