PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of simplifying an input procedure for a transaction data, by reducing the number of input items to the utmost, when inputting the transaction data into an accounting system. SOLUTION: This system for executing an accounting treatment of preparing ordering and order-receiving slips as to transaction of an article of which the transaction value of the article is determined after the article is delivered has a plurality of price masters 3, 10, 11, 12, 13 provided in response to combinations of transaction conditions such as a customer, the article, a destination, a distribution method and a distribution base, and for storing provisional prices determined based on the combinations of transaction conditions, a registration processing means 22 for receiving a selection input of the master set with the corresponding transaction condition and provisional price, referring to the price masters sequentially from the price master with the largest number of transaction conditions, out of the plurality of price masters, when executing the input to the ordering and order-receiving slips, and for registering the ordering and order-receiving slips, based on the selected price master, and an order receipt database 14 and an order database 15 for storing data of the ordering and order-receiving slips.
