SAFETY INFORMATION PROCESSOR, PROCESSING METHOD, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism suitable for managing a large number of registered persons over a plurality of division organizations, to acquire information necessary for a manager to confirm safety of the registered persons in the own organization by tabulating safety status and to make contact with the required person in the own organization. SOLUTION: This safety information processor having the plurality of division organizations of a hierarchical structure, and constituted to be communicable with a terminal of the each registered person belonging to the each division organization, has a registered person DB 11 for storing identification information and mail address information of the each registered person, and division identification information of the division organization with the registered person belonging thereto, in association with each other, a distribution control part 14 for extracting the mail addresses of the registered persons in the division organization with the manager belonging thereto and the division organizations subordinate thereto, referring to the registered person DB 11, when a safety confirmation mail is requested to be transmitted from the manager, and a mail transmission part 15 for distributing the safety confirmation mail to the terminal of the registered person, based on the extracted mail address.
