Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for ordering component members by reducing the inventory of component members in a long term of delivery as much as possible. SOLUTION: An ordering cycle and delivery term for calculating an estimated inventory for calculating component member ordering quantity are respectively set in a long term transportation means and a short term transportation means by selectively using long and short different delivery terms by coexisting long term transportation means and short term transportation means, and the ordering quantity is calculated by ordering quantity calculation means 7 and 8 in the long delivery term and the short delivery term to the transportation means by using a long term delivery ordering rate setting storing means 9 in the long delivery term.
