Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbo compressor reducing power loss and heat generation quantity, and saving space around a bearing. SOLUTION: This turbo compressor rotates a rotary shaft 4 rotatably supported by a plurality of bearings (a fixed side bearing, a free side bearing) at an increased speed by a speed increasing mechanism 6, and rotates an impeller 2 attached on the rotary shaft and increases speed to a predetermined rotation speed. At least one of the bearings of the plurality of bearings consists of a multiple point contact ball bearing 20 (or 24) capable of bearing both of radial load and axial load.
