SOLUTION: The surfactant comprises a block copolymer (A) having a segment (a1) composed of a molecular chain containing a unit derived from CH2=C(R1)-Z-Rf(R1is a hydrogen atom, a methyl group or the like; Z is a single bond or a bivalent connecting group; Rfis a 1-6C perfluoroalkyl group) and a segment (a2) composed of another molecular chain.
