PASTING-UP METHOD OF TIRE CONSTITUENT MEMBER BY MEANS OF DIRE MOLDING DRUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pasting-up method of a tire constituent member by means of a tire molding drum always pasting up a plurality of tire constituent members on a smooth surface when a plurality of the tire constituent members are successively pasted up on the surface of a drum main body and improving workability at the time of pasting-up to reduce the trouble of molding precision and production. SOLUTION: A plurality of the tire constituent members, that is, first-fourth belt main bodies (1B)-(4B), a belt edge cover (Bc) and a cap tread (Cp) are pasted up on the drum main body 11, the surface shapes of the belt main bodies (1B)-(4B) are changed so as to make the pasting-up peripheral surfaces of the drum main body 11 almost flat at every pasting-up to always wind the tire constituent members around the smooth surface of the drum main body 11 at every pasting-up. By this constitution, the tire constituent members can be always pasted up on the smooth surface and the workability at the time of pasting-up is improved without forming an air sump between the members or deteriorating pasting-up precision to reduce the trouble of molding precision and production.
