PICTURE OUTPUT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture output system which can solve problems of data amount and a matter of transmission rate at the time of transmitting picture data between two integrated circuits. SOLUTION: The picture output system transmits picture data through a data bus 6 from a first integrated circuit 1 to a second integrated circuit, 5 and outputs picture based on the output of the second integrated circuit 5. To the first integrated circuit 1, an encoder 10 is formed which compresses and encodes the picture data, and to the second integrated circuit 5, a decoder 20 is formed which elongates and decodes compressed image data received through a bus 6. In the encoder 10, it is secured that one-line picture data are encoded with real compression rate more than a provisional compression rate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
