Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium having a format structure by which quality assurance can be provided by a manufacturer more in detail. SOLUTION: An inspection result display part 40 having ≥2 bit recording capacity is provided in a "Disc manufacturer certification" area in a "DDS (Disc Definition Structure)" provided in a defect management area [DMA1&DMA2] of a lead-in area 10 pre-formatted in the information recording medium 1 and whether the entire surface inspection of a data recording area has been performed, whether sampling inspection of the data recording area has been performed, a sampling inspection condition and the like are recorded in the inspection result display part 40.
