SUSTAINMENT/MAINTENANCE SERVICE SYSTEM FOR CUSTOMER DESTINATION SENSOR NETWORK SYSTEM, SENSOR NODE AND MONITORING SERVER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sustainment/maintenance service system for a customer destination sensor network system, a sensor node and a monitoring server, capable of providing service for sustaining/maintaining a sensor network system of a customer destination. SOLUTION: This sustainment/maintenance service system S for the customer destination sensor network system has: the sensor network system 10 comprising a monitor 13, a wireless AP device 12, and a plurality of sensor nodes 11 installed in the customer destination 1; and the monitoring server 20 installed in a service center 2. The monitoring server 20 receives all pieces of sensor-node communication information stored in a DB 14 of the monitor 13. The monitoring system 20 creates route information at normal time on the basis of all the pieces of the received sensor-node communication information.
