PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily measure a working time. SOLUTION: This work analysis device has: a category table 107A classifying each of a plurality of predetermined specific words into one of a plurality of predetermined work categories; an utterance data acquisition part 151 acquiring utterance data; a time acquisition part 156 acquiring time when the utterance data are recorded; a voice recognition part 152 voice-recognizing the utterance data, and outputting text data; a specific word extraction part 153 extracting a word corresponding to one of the plurality of specific words from the text data; a work time data generation part 155 generating work time data 107B wherein the work category classified with the extracted specific word among the plurality of work categories and the time when the utterance data are recorded are associated; and a working time calculation part 161 calculating the working time in each of the plurality of work categories on the basis of a plurality of pieces of the work time data 107B.
