PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for measuring three-dimensional geometric information of a plane, position information of a point or the like from an optical flow pattern or a stereo image. SOLUTION: Assuming that each position at two times of an optional point in a space appearing in an image when viewing the inside of the space from a prescribed observation point is p0, p1respectively, and that the position of the point after lapse of an infinite time is pinf, and that the position of the point at the time when a plane including the point is overlapped onto the observation point is pc, a time when a plane azimuth or the plane is overlapped onto the observation point is determined by using a double ratio äpinfp0p1pc} determined by the four positions pinf, p0, p1, pcof the point.
