VISUAL INSPECTION DEVICE AND INSPECTION METHOD OF FLEXIBLE CIRCUIT BOARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visual inspection device and a method of a flexible printing circuit board capable of shortening an inspection time by reducing a data quantity by dividing a pattern of the flexible printing circuit board into many domains and photographing them, and inspecting up to a Solder Resist domain, and to provide a visual inspection device and a method of the flexible printing circuit board for photographing separately a domain where a resin layer is applied and a domain where the resin layer is not applied, and improving uniformity of image data. SOLUTION: Inspection is performed by using this visual inspection device equipped with an unwinding part for providing continuously the flexible printing circuit board, the first or third inspection part for inspecting a circuit pattern of the flexible printing circuit board, a defect display part for performing defect display on the flexible printing circuit board discriminated to be defective by the inspection part, a winding part for winding the inspected flexible printing circuit board, and a control part for controlling various operations of each component.
