Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry in a tip tool such as a shot peening head in a water chamber of a steam generator of a nuclear power plant facility and guide along a required area. SOLUTION: This tip tool guiding device 1000 comprises a turning support part 100, a slide table 200, and a manipulator 300. The turning support part 100 stands alone and is fixed in the channel head, and turns the connected slide table 200. The slide table 200 connects to the manipulator 300, and slides forward and backward. The manipulator 300 grips a tip tool at the tip. When the device is delivered in the channel head, the turning support device 100, the slide table 200, and the manipulator 300 are separated from each other, independently delivered, and assembled again in the channel head so as to constitute the tip tool guiding device 1000.
