Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling material for regenerating the injured bone or cartilage within the living body by self-healing, and also to provide a method for regenerating the bone or cartilage. SOLUTION: The filling material for regenerating the cartilage or bone comprises a porous section for bioadhesion of living cells and a liquid holding section for holding the bone marrow fluid. The porous section has a cylindrical shape made of a bioabsorbable material and has a porosity of 10-90%. The liquid holding section has an opening on one bottom face of the porous section. The method for regenerating the cartilage or bone uses the filling material having a capacity equal to 1-50% of the apparent volume of the cylinder. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
