Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary oven cooking chicken, other meats and foods by rotating in a food store. SOLUTION: This rotary oven comprises a heat source, a rotary board H attached near the heat source, skewer retainers C attached along the rotary board H and retaining skewers near the heat source while the skewers are carried around the heat source by the rotary board, rotating devices K attached to the retainers to rotate the respective skewers when the skewers are carried near the heat source, and a skewer removing device provided near the rotating board and cooperating with each skewer retainer to remove the skewer fixed to the skewer retainer when the skewer retainer C passes the removing device during working.
