Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily and quickly judging the contamination of a test specimen with the tissue or secretion of a genetically modified animal at a low cost. SOLUTION: The method contains a step to extract a DNA from a test specimen, a step to amplify a recombination gene from the extracted DNA by an LAMP method to use a primer set derived from the target sequence of the recombination gene, and a step to detect the amplified DNA. A primer set composed of four primers comprising the base sequences expressed by the sequence No.1 to No.4 can be used when the recombination gene for the judgment is e.g. an unsaturated fatty acid biosynthesis gene (FAD2) derived from spinach.
