PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal and program therefor, IC card and program therefor, and mobile communication terminal system in which content can be moved while attaining protection thereof. SOLUTION: A mobile phone 40 comprises: a radio communication section 44 which performs radio communications utilizing user information of an IC card 60 loaded therein; a content management section 421 for acquiring content utilizing the user information of the IC card 60 loaded therein; a nonvolatile memory 43 for correspondingly storing user identification information acquired from the IC card 60 and content when the content are acquired; and a content management section 421 which collates the user identification information acquired from the IC card 60 with the user identification information stored in the nonvolatile memory 433 correspondingly to content to be outputted when outputting the content stored in the nonvolatile memory 433 to the loaded IC card 60, and determines whether or not the content can be outputted on the basis of a collated result.
