Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of color filter in which pixel barriers are formed by maskless pattern exposure, RGB pixels are prepared using an inkjet method and color mixture in the respective pixels is suppressed. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a color filter which has a pixel group composed of a plurality of pixels of at least two colors on a substrate and has the pixel barriers for separating the pixels from one another comprises a process of forming the pixel barriers by the maskless pattern exposure, thereafter, depositing a polymerizable ink having a solvent amount of ≤50 mass% into recessed parts divided by the pixel barriers according to the inkjet method and forming the pixels.
