Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display panel capable of performing homogeneous information display of high quality by eliminating attenuation of electric charges that particles of a display media have and an increase in sticking force of the particles for display medium to a substrate. SOLUTION: The information display panel is constituted so that at least one or more kinds of display medium charged between two substrates at least one of which is transparent, and moving the display medium is moved to display information of an image etc. by applying an electric field to the display medium, wherein particles 11 for display medium constituting at least the one kind of display medium are compound particles having external additive particles 12 stuck on particle surfaces, and the external additive particles sticking on the particle surfaces contain particles having electric semiconductor characteristics on their surfaces.
