Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display panel, wherein sticking due to electricity is reduced while securing a proper particle charging amount, and as a result, homogeneous display of high quality is performed. SOLUTION: The information display panel is constituted so that at least two or more kinds of display media which are different in optical reflectivity and charging polarity, are charged between two substrates at least one of which is transparent, and the display media is moved to display information of the images or the like by applying an electric field to the display media, wherein particles 11 having electric semiconductor characteristics on particles surfaces are used in addition to the at least two or more kinds of display media (3W, 3B). The semiconductor material of the particle surfaces is preferably a hole transporting semiconductor or electron transporting semiconductor. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
