GAS SENSOR, REACTIVE GAS LEAK DETECTOR, AND DETECTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-returnable, compact and inexpensive gas sensor for detecting a reactive gas leak based on a simple principle, and a reactive gas leak detector equipped with the gas sensor, and to provide a simple and highly-reliable reactive gas leak detection method. SOLUTION: The gas sensor is characterized by being equipped with a signal wire member cuttable by being reacted by contact with a reactive gas. The reactive gas leak detector includes the gas sensor and a means for detecting existence of cutting of the signal wire member in the gas sensor. In the reactive gas leak detection method, leakage reactive gas is brought into contact with the signal wire member in the gas sensor by using the gas sensor, and the signal wire member is reacted therewith and cut, and leakage of the reactive gas is detected by detecting cutting of the signal wire member.
