Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing in which wear and damage are hardly developed on the surfaces of a cage and the portions of the surfaces of bearing rings making contact with the cage. SOLUTION: This deep groove ball bearing comprises the inner ring 1, the outer ring 2, a plurality of balls 3 rollingly disposed between the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2, and the cage 4 holding the balls 3 between the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2. The outer peripheral surface of the inner ring 1 is served as a cage guide surface. The surface of the cage is coated with a silver-plate film 6 of 20 to 40 μm in thickness. Also, the outer peripheral surface of the inner ring 1 is coated with a hard film 7 having a surface hardness of Hv 1,950 or higher. The surface hardness Hv is the value measured under the condition that the depressing load is 98 mN. The surface roughness Ra of the hard film 7 is preferably 1 μm or less. The number of the pores formed in the surface of the hard film 7 is preferably less than 10/cm2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
