Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-press development type lithographic printing plate which has practical exposure-visible image properties and excels in on-press developability and in a non-image part stain in printing, and a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: The lithographic printing plate material includes a hydrophilic layer and a thermal image forming layer on a base, wherein the thermal image forming layer includes a hot-melt compound dispersed in a particulate state and an organic dye having solubility with the hot-melt compound in a dispersed state.
