ABRASIVE SHEET AND ABRASIVE TOOL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abrasive sheet excellent in abrasive grain holding force and flexibility, and an abrasive tool equipped with it. SOLUTION: The abrasive sheet 10 is formed so that abrasive grains 14 are fixed on a substrate sheet 12 by a brazing material 16. The substrate sheet 12 is made of a thin stainless steel plate and has a thickness of 1 mm or less. The abrasive grains 14 are super-abrasives, e.g. diamond, CBN (cubic boron nitride), or the like. The abrasive grains 14 are regularly and continuously fixed on the substrate sheet 12. The brazing filler material 16 is a Cu-Sn based brazing material. The composition of the brazing filler material 16 is such that it contains 70-80 percent by weight Cu and consists of Sn in the remainder.
