Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a plating steel strip capable of being coated with a coating film in a plating line without a problem and finishing drying in the plating line without providing a new drying device when a plating surface is coated with a clear coating film in order to improve a peeling off-resistance property of the plating of a plating steel plate having a glare-proofing property. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method for the plating steel strip, a plating layer is formed on a surface of a steel strip and a roughness of a surface of the plating layer is made to 0.8 μm or more at Ra. The coating with coating film is performed before rolling up the steel strip after formation of the plating layer and is formed by coating the steel strip moved with a film of a coating liquid delivered from a slit. The coating liquid is a water-base coating. The temperature of the steel strip when the coating with the coating film is performed is made to 50-95°C. Since a roll is not used at coating, the coating film can be formed without any problem.
