Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device, the housing of which can be quickly and easily changed by nonspecialists. SOLUTION: The electronic device has a housing 1 that is provided with a housing wall 5 that has an opening 7 for a control element 8 and/or display elements 9 and 10. The housing 1 has an attachment means 11 for attaching an external wall element 14 which at least partially covers the housing wall 5 to the housing 1 so as to be removable, and the external wall element 14 has an opening 7' which is arranged at the opening 7 of the housing wall 5.
