SYSTEM, METHOD, AND PROGRAM FOR EMPLOYMENT PLAN ADJUSTMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support an adjustment operation to secure necessary personnel when there are requests from employees (for example, holiday requests) in an organization necessary to secure a fixed number of employees in order to accomplish jobs. SOLUTION: When a number of attendance planned employees do not fill up a necessary number of personnel, an employment plan adjustment system can adjust an employment plan by transmitting mails for requesting changes of an attendance schedule to personnel who are not scheduled to attend. The system comprises an acceptance section for receiving a request or a plurality of requests for an employment plan from terminals for employees, a prescribed number memory section for memorizing the number of employees necessary for workplaces, a calculation section for calculating the number of attendance planned personnel to the workplaces by summing up the requests, a determination section for determining whether or not the number of attendance planned employees is fewer than the necessary number of employees, a selection section for selecting one employee or a plurality of employees who are not planned to attend at the basis of the memorized requests when the number of attendance planned employees is fewer than the necessary number of employees, and a request section for transmitting respective requests for changes of the employment plan to the selected employees.
