PICTURE DISPLAY METHOD AND PICTURE DISPLAY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a picture which can be customized for each user without imposing any large load on a server or a communication line in a stand-by time which is short for a user. SOLUTION: This picture display method comprises: a step for storing a content object downloaded in a predetermined region according to push type distribution; a step for downloading an electronic document for displaying a picture including a section obtained from the content object, that is, the electronic document in which a content object stored in the predetermined region is preliminarily described by identification information of the predetermined area and identification information of the content object according to the push type distribution or the like; and a step for reading the content object from the predetermined region according to the description of the electronic document, and for displaying the picture including the section obtained from the content object.
