SHAPE-VARIABLE MIRROR AND LASER WORKING DEVICE USING SHAPE-VARIABLE MIRROR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a conventional shape-variable mirror comprising a large number of driving elements has a complicated structure although it has a high degree of freedom. SOLUTION: The shape-variable mirror is provided with: a reflection mirror 1 having a reflective surface 1A on a half side; a first axial member 4 fixed to two parts of the rear surface 1B of the reflection mirror 1; a second axial member 5 which has two legs 5B fixed to the rear surface 1B of the reflection mirror 1 and strides over the first axial member 4; and a distance-changing mechanism 2 which changes a distance between the second axial member 5 and the first axial member 4, wherein a line connecting parts that fix the first axial member 4 intersects a line connecting parts that fix the legs 5B of the second axial member 5.
