Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulated skin device capable of adjusting in real time the surface temperature of a simulated skin, and simulating a transient state wherein the skin temperature is changed with lapse of time. SOLUTION: This simulated skin device 1 includes a simulated skin member 10; a Peltier element 22 for converting electric energy into/from thermal energy; a heat flux sensor 20 provided between the simulated skin member 10 and the Peltier element 22, for transferring heat energy between the simulated skin member 10 and the Peltier element 22, and detecting the transferred heat energy amount; a heat insulating member 30 for blocking the heat energy transferred between the simulated skin member 10 and the Peltier element 22 bypassing the heat flux sensor 20; and an electronic control device 40 for adjusting the power supplied to the Peltier element 22, based on a detection result from the heat flux sensor 20.
